Postage and Delivery

 

 We use Australia Post as our preferred delivery service provider.

OUR POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Standard delivery $26 per order (larger orders such as Silk Doonas may cost $38 approx. in postage)
• Express delivery service available on request, just email or call us on 0427454189
• Oversized delivery items may incur additional costs. These will be advised prior to final purchase
• International delivery costs will be advised and charged as per order and destination

Things you need to know

• Items will be sent on first business day after sale. We aim to have them in your mailbox within 3-5 days. 
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  This lets you find out where your item is on its journey simply by entering the number at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
• We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they have been sent
